At eTableTop, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully follow our return policies to ensure the smooth processing of your return.

Return Authorization
If you receive an incorrect order or are dissatisfied with a purchase of a full-price, non-sale item, you have up to 5 business days of receipt of merchandise to notify eTableTop Customer Service that you'd like to make a return. All returns must be pre-authorized prior to shipment back to our warehouse. Items that are shipped back without proper authorization will not be accepted for credit to your account.

Full-Price/Non-Sale Items
All full-price, non-sale items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund with proper preauthorization. Shipping fees on returns are non-refundable.The return process is the following:

  1. Contact eTableTop by phone or email within 5 business days for a return authorization and shipping address.
  2. eTableTop will follow up with you to issue a return authorization number and address to include on the outside of your return shipment box.
  3. Once your merchandise has been received by the warehouse, a full refund will be issued to your account, less shipping charges.

Sale/Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale or during a special promotion are final, and non-returnable for refund or exchange. Because of our close relationship with some of the world's top tabletop manufacturers, we are sometimes able to offer you special pricing that you couldn't find from other retailers. When we offer these sales, restocking is not possible, which prevents us from being able to offer refunds. So please take care that you are purchasing an item you love and want to keep. Of course, if we make a mistake and send you an incorrect item, we will gladly exhange it for the correct one.

Damaged/Broken Items
If a piece arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours so we can contact the shipper and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please save the original packing materials so that we can have the shipper inspect the breakage and determine the cause.

Special Orders/Imports
Special orders and imports are not returnable for refund or exchange. This includes all Artel and Sieger products.
