Special Imports

Rare Pieces Selected Just for You
At eTableTop, we want to offer you the most unique and broad assortment of products. The term Special Import means that a particular pattern is not in stock in the U.S. and must be special ordered on your behalf. The lead-time can vary from 3 to 6 months depending on whether your selection is immediately available from the factory or has to be made special for you.

We know that waiting for merchandise can be frustrating. However, if we show a pattern and it is marked as a Special Import it is because it is worth the wait. Many are very rare in this country and will undoubtedly be the envy of your friends.

Billing Policy for Special Imports
When you order a Special Import, we are requesting that the factory either produce your product or procure and send to the US. Having said that, these orders are made especially for you and we require that you pay in advance for your shipment. We guarantee that it will arrive at your doorstep 3 to 6 months from the date of your order.

Return Policy
Special orders and imports are not returnable for refund or exchange.
